I'm engaged!!

It's official! I just got engaged tonight!!!!!! :)
We're getting married May 1st in the Twin Falls Temple.

We'll be there in Boise in a couple weeks to watch some girls state basketball games and then again a couple weekends after that for the boys state games. The Person That I used To Be
The person that I used to be, That person no longer exists in me. Wandering aimless, without direction, Just hoping to find my way. Back to the Bible I was led, As I remembered what I had read. Become as a child, come unto me. Jesus my savior died for me. Then I kneeled, and began to pray. Father help me find my way. Please forgive me of my sin. Please dear Lord, let me in. Please dear Lord, enter my heart. Help me, give me a brand new start. Father I beg you, won’t you please, Show me the way, I’m on my knees. Then that still small voice within, Whispered you’re forgive all your sin. They’re forgiven, like they’ve never been. My dear daughter where have you been? I have watched you every day, As you ran, and jumped, and played. I smiled when your goodness shone. When you sinned, my heart would groan. In everything that you’ve been through, I have never stopped loving you. You are my child, can’t you see. You mean so very much to me. The person that you used to be, That person no longer exists in me. That day you got down on your knees, You were reborn, a brand new being. A being of love, of truth, of light. My Hero / My Dad
Heroes come in many types, Let me tell you about mine. The most loved man I’ve ever seen, Energetic, compassionate, kind. A giant of a man, not in size, But in sacrifice and love. No doubt sent to me, By Father in Heaven above. He taught me music, he taught me sports, To hit, to run, to throw. He taught me about sportsmanship, I didn’t listen well enough, I know. Sometimes I would embarrass him, Through my actions and my deeds, But his love never faltered; He knew someday I would succeed. He taught me love, he taught me respect, For families, friends, for all. No matter what their plight may be. Rich, poor, short, tall; He sees no color, no race, no creed, Just love for all mankind, So playful, loving, happy, No better man will you find. You can search the world over, Oceans, plains, mountain tops. No better person will you ever find, Than my father, my dad, my pops.
